LOMA

This is a Letter of Map Amendment submitted to FEMA for their review. All properties in the United States are mapped as to the likelihood that they may flood. The quality of the maps is better in some areas than others. You may get a lender or a County Zoning Official telling you that your house, or prospective building location is within the flood plain of a water body. Even though your location may be shown as within the flood plain, there is a chance that the mapping is incorrect. We can be hired to review the mapping and file information with FEMA to remove your property, or a portion of your property from the flood plain mapping. The steps are as follows:

Free Estimates relative to the project

  • Review of FEMA information relative to the property
